| | | Montana Pornstar Turned Prostitute Arrested!Montana was already facing two misdemeanor charges — simple battery and false imprisonment — stemming from the same incident, in which she allegedly broke into the home of an unnamed victim, forced the woman into a bathroom and allegedly severely beat her. The City Attorney's Office is expected to add the additional charges on August 25, when Montana's case is next on the Los Angeles Superior Court docket.
According to the City Attorney's Office, Jerome Green (whom TMZ has described as Montana's boyfriend) was with the Vivid Entertainment porn star at the time of the incident, but he did not enter the dwelling. He has already pleaded guilty to misdemeanor domestic abuse and is on probation.
The February incident is not the first time Montana has found herself foul of the law. Previously, she pleaded no contest to criminal trespass in November 2009, in exchange for prosecutors dropping solicitation and loitering charges against her. That means Laurence Fishburnes daughter is not only a porn-star but a prostitute. Both professions begin with the letter P. Is there a relationship?
