Tax Refunds Now on Hold in California

ABCDEFG Sky Is Falling News has learned that tax refunds are now on hold in California for the first time in state history, according to the state controller's office located in the Grey Davis building. Politicians have been using tax payers money on state sponsored junkets (bull shit expenses for own personal enjoyment, ops that's all politicians) to take trips to Vegas and get their ding dongs played with because their green energy supporting wives no longer perform fellatio. This is something most men can identity with, but not when its their damn money. The state will most likely break off from the Union and become the official hone for the in and out Burger franchise.

"Unfortunately, we have asked the California Franchise Tax Board not to send over tax refund claims beginning today because we will not be able to process them and have them out the door by Feb. 1 when a 30-day delay in tax refunds goes into effect," Hallye Jordan, spokeswoman to California State who also saw Arnold naked as Conan the Barbarian. Controller John Chiang, tells ABCDEFG Sky Is Falling News that California has just shit its dipear. So in an effort to be more "GREEN" they send an IOU to tax payers wasting even more money they don't have and damage the environment while delivering bad news on precious tree hugging paper.

During the 30-day delay, the controller's office estimates that a combined 2.74 million California individuals and businesses will have their tax refund delayed. This really means that Arnold was chasing pussy instead of his state legislator's ridiculous expenditures. I guess going to Sacramento to "clean house" really meant, "Hey I'm rich as fiddle sticks and I wanted to be a Governor!". Thanks Arnold, I'm glad you are reminding people that one man can't do shit in a sea of stupidity. But glad to see you're still getting your ding dong played with but where is my money?

The controller's office estimates that the delay in tax refunds will free up $1.99 billion over the next month to pay for education, debt service, and other payments that legally have first claim to state funds. Hahaha.Pay for education? Now that is hilarious. I don't think they speak English in California. Look at the Governor! California has had no money in its general fund for the past 17 months, and has been paying its bills by borrowing from Wall Street and special internal funds.

If the state's legislators and governor do not reach a budget agreement that brings immediate funds into the state's coffers, the state's borrowed funds will be entirely exhausted at the end of February, according to the controller's office. The only good thing that could save California saying all that money it mis-used from its 3.500 actual tax payers is to sink into the ocean. Good lord, I bet Arnold is trying to figure out how to make that happen.
