What does this video have to do with being a guy? When was the last time you saw a girl almost take her shirt off in celebration of a sporting event who wasn't gay? Exactly, this is a demonstration of masculine athleticism at its best. the throw was sound, the disc landed on target and the emotion of victory was displayed gratuitously.  Congratulations to my old friend and I hope his video gets its deserved attention.
