Massaro is reportedly charged with second-degree sexual assault, third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and fourth-degree criminal sexual contact. That means she engaged in sexual intercourse with a young male student. It is alleged that Massaro had relationship with the boy starting on March 21 2009 and ending on Saturday.
It is further alleged that Massaro “committed acts of sexual penetration and sexual contact with the intimate parts of a minor male” during the course of the alleged illicit relationship. Again, this is a gutless way of saying they had naked sex with each other like the animals on the Discovery Channel. Massaro was reportedly arrested on Monday and was subsequently freed on $75,000 bail on Tuesday.
Massaro’s bail was conditioned upon her having no unsupervised contact with minors under the age of 16, staying away from the school, having no contact with the alleged victim’s family and undergoing a psychological evaluation. If Massaro were a male I'm sure he would have already been sentenced to Federal pound me in the ass prison as he should be. However, there is a miscarriage of justice here especially if the female is pretty damn sexy as Massaro is. | | | | | | Case UpdateAccording to an affidavit of probable cause released today by the prosecutor’s office, Lindsay Massaro allegedly admitted to investigators that she had sexual encounters with the boy in her car and in her home on a bike and alone. Reportedly, the affidavit alleges that Massaro admitted during her interview with New Jersey State Police Detective Sgt. Howard Brown and Detective Sgt. Donald Peter of the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office to having a consensual sexual relationship with the boy, whom she met and befriended while student-teaching. Well, if he is under 18 and a student period, a teacher can not engage in a sexual interpersonal relationship. She should come a college professor where male professors do this all the time but get away with it because its legal.
Lindsay Massaro has reportedly applied early for entry into the pretrial intervention program. The pretrial intervention program is a probationary program for nonviolent, first-time offenders that’s a part of many plea agreements, requires approval from the prosecutor’s office. Most likely Massaro will get a suspended sentence because she is pretty damn hot. Seriously, only if the judge is a socially promoted female, will Massaro do any real time. However, you do have to wonder why a woman this hot wants to mess around with a 14 year old male child. |
